Shipping & Returns

  • How are Geantypa products shipped?
    Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado via UPS. We provide shipping options to various locations.

  • What is your Returns Policy, and how do I make returns?

  • Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
    If you need to modify your order, please contact us at geantypa@geantypa.com within an hour of placing it. We will do our best to help, but if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified.
    It is much easier for us to adjust your order if it was placed on the weekend.

  • Regarding international orders
    International orders (outside the US) may be subject to separate customs fees at the border. We take no responsibility for these charges, as they are to be paid for by the customer.

    Yes, our products are designed to last for decades if they receive basic care.

  • What are your products made from?
    Our products have varying compositions, made from a possible combination of polyester, EVA, PVC, plastic, and wire.
    You can see the exact composition of a particular product in the specifications tab on its product page.
    Please note that our flowers are not made from 'silk,' as that is an antiquated term from the 19th century.

  • Can your products be used outside?
    We do not recommend leaving our products outside for any length of time, as long-term exposure to harsh sunlight and rain will cause them to fade and deteriorate at a faster rate.

  • My products arrived compressed. Is this normal?
    Yes, it is totally normal for them to appear a little compressed or with the stalk folded, as they are delivered flat-packed to save space.
    Our flowers are built for durability and flexibility and can be easily pulled back into their natural shape or any other shape you desire.
