Our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our dedicated facility in Denver, Colorado.

USA Customers

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within one business day.

• Shipping Method: We utilize UPS Ground as our standard shipping service.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is within 2–5 business days, or up to 8 business days for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

International Customers (Canada)

• Canadian customers will receive their orders via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery window of 6–10 business days.

Important Note Regarding Transactions

Please be aware that there is a very small possibility of a foreign exchange fee being applied to your transaction. In less than 5% of orders, this fee may be applied by your financial institution depending on how they process payments through our e-commerce platform, Shopline. We do not have insight into which specific banks or credit cards may trigger this, and we have no control over such fees.
